Q: Who is Gmarkets?

A: Gmarkets is a financial information services company, whose mission is to become the best capital service. Gmarkets was founded in 2004 by Larry Ng. Prior to Gmarkets, Mr. Ng founded Moneyline Network Inc., TradeWeb LLC, and Spectrasoft Inc.

Q: How do I get started?

A: Gmarkets offers a 30 day free trial of the service. Either register online at www.gmkts.com or call Client Services. We will e-mail you (1) a link to download the Pilot software, (2) a Quick Guide on how to use the service, and (3) your user-name and password to login. It should take you about 10-15 minutes to download Pilot and learn how to use the service. Also, feel free to call Client Services if you have any questions or need any assistance. We pride ourselves in providing courteous and quality customer service.

Q: What do I need to run Pilot?

A: Your PC needs an Intel Pentium processor or equivalent with at least 64MB memory, a 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor, Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP, and an Internet connection.

Q: Why do I need to download sofware to use the service?

A: Pilot is a high performance desktop application designed to deliver the capabilities of a professional financial workstation without the high cost and maintenance of dedicated servers and communications equipment at the customer's site. The technology uses a secure, encrypted, compressed data stream to transmit real-time content efficiently across the Internet.

Q: Why the Pilot and GPS theme?

A: In our view, people in the capital markets are highly educated and skilled in dealing with enormous amount of information in real-time and making split second decisions - just like a fighter pilot. Knowing where you are (GPS - Global Positioning System) and where you are going (pilot) are critical to participating in the fast moving, finanancial markets. The company's value proposition is to offer its customers hiqh quality, real-time data in a user-friendly environment to navigate across the global capital makets - hence the Pilot theme.

Q: What enhancements are you planning to add to the service?

A: We will be focused on adding other quality capital markets information from key banks, dealers, brokers and from our own Rate Desk. As a user, we will keep you abreast of our enhancements to the service. Please contact Client Services if you have any ideas or suggestions. We welcome your feedback.
